中国国际投资贸易洽谈会(简称“投洽会”)由中国商务部主办，每年9月8日至11日在中国厦门举办，致力于打造双向投资促进、权威信息发布和投资趋势研讨三大平台，是全球最具影响力的国际投资盛会之一。近年来，每届大会均吸引来自全球约100个国家和地区的政府部门、官方投资促进机构、商(协)会、跨国公司等机构代表，中国31个省、自治区、直辖市上百个城市的政府代表，境内外1000多个工商经贸团组、约5000家企业、超5万名专业客商参加。

Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) is held annually from September 8 to 11 in Xiamen, China, and is dedicated to be a platform for two-way investment promotion, authoritative information release, and investment trend discussions. It is one of the most influential investment events in the world. CIFIT in recent years attracted representatives from government departments, official investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce, multinational corporations, and other institutions from approximately 100 countries and regions globally. Additionally, government representatives from over 100 cities across China’s 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, as well as more than 1,000 domestic and international business and trade delegations, around 5,000 enterprises, and over 50,000 professional visitors participated.  

第二十五届投洽会拟于2025年9月8日至11日在中国厦门举办，英国将担任主宾国。本届大会将聚焦“投资中国”“中国投资”“国际投资”三大版块，设置不同主题专业展区，举办多场政策发布、专题研讨、产业对接等投资合作主题活动。

The 25th CIFIT is scheduled to take place from September 8 to 11, 2025, in Xiamen, China, with the United Kingdom serving as the Guest Country of Honor. This CIFIT will focus on three major themes: “invest in China”, “Chinese Investment”, and “International Investment”, featuring a variety of thematic exhibition areas and activities like policy releases, thematic seminars, and business matchmaking to promote investment cooperation. 

一、“投资中国”板块

I. “Invest in China”  

（一）系列活动：拟邀请金融监管部门、重要金融机构举办政策发布、趋势研讨、成果发布等金融专题活动。拟邀请中国各地方政府、产业园区、投促机构开展投资环境、重点产业推介等特色招商活动。

(1) Themed Activities: we will invite government authorities and financial institutions to hold themed activities such as policy releases, trend discussions, and achievement presentation. Additionally, local governments, industrial parks, and investment promotion agencies across China will be invited to showcase investment environment and key industries through various tailored promotional activities. 

（二）主题展区：拟设置省市推介专区、金融资本对接专区、园区合作专区、产业招商专区等，充分展现营商环境、产业政策、金融服务，为“投资中国”提供便捷高效服务。

(2) Thematic Exhibition: we will set up the provincial and municipal pavilions and promotion area, the financial capital matchmaking area, the industrial park cooperation area, and the industrial investment promotion area, fully demonstrating the business environment, industrial policies, and financial services to provide efficient and convenient services for “Invest in China”

二、“中国投资”板块

II. “Chinese Investment”  

（一）系列活动：拟举办与会国别专题推介活动、跨境投资促进活动以及相关成果发布、案例分享等，助力中国企业“走出去”加强产供链国际合作，推动高质量共建“一带一路”。

(1) Themed Activities: we will organize country-specific promotion seminars cross-border investment promotion activities, and achievement presentations and case studies, helping Chinese enterprises “go global”, facilitating international cooperation in global industrial chains and supply chains, and promoting high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.

（二）主题展区：拟设置中国对外投资合作专区、海外综合服务专区、“丝路海运”专区、绿色发展专区，搭建企业与海外市场的合作桥梁。

(2) Thematic Exhibition: we will set up China Outbound Investment Area, Overseas Comprehensive Services Area, “Maritime Silk Road” Area, and the “Green Development” Area, building bridges between Chinese enterprises and overseas markets.

三、“国际投资”板块

III. “International Investment”  

（一）系列活动：联合国贸易和发展会议、联合国工业和发展组织、世界投资促进机构协会等国际组织和机构拟举办系列专题活动、发布权威报告。有关政府部门拟举办多场多双边经贸活动、双向投资合作活动、信息发布活动等。

(1) Themed Activities: international organizations such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) are scheduled to organize thematic activities and release key investment reports and information. Multilateral and bilateral economic and trade activities as well as various two-way investment cooperation events will also be held by relevant government organizations in China. 

（二）主题展区：拟设置全球合作专区和国际投资服务专区，邀请境外国家政府机构、国际组织、多边机制、国际金融机构、投促机构、区域联盟、各国商会及投促机构驻华代表处、各类产业集群参展并开展对接。

(2) Thematic Exhibition: we will set up Global Cooperation Area, and International Investment Services Area, inviting foreign government agencies, international organizations, multilateral mechanisms, international financial institutions, investment promotion agencies, regional associations, overseas chambers of commerce, and official investment promotion agencies to exhibit and engage in matchmaking.

IV. Online CIFIT  

“云上投治会”以“数字基建”赋能投资促进，提供云展示、云对接、云治谈、云研讨和云签约等服务！构建集投资信息发布、项目路演和对接撮合为一体的国际投资公共平台，助力政府、客商、项目、资本、人才、载体高效对接，加速投资促进活动线上线下融合、会内会外结合，打造“永不落幕”的投治会。
