Description: GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF HIGHWAYS INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION UPGRADING OF THE EXISTING ROAD TO 2X2 DUAL CARRIAGEWAY The Government of the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Public Works and Settlement, General Directorate of Highways has received a loan from the European Investment Bank (hereinafter referred to as "the EIB"), in EUROS, toward the cost of Inter Urban Road Project I (IUR-I) and intends to apply the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contracts for which this Invitation for Pre-Qualification is issued. The General Directorate of Highways intends to pre-qualify the contractors for the following "Construction Contracts" under the Inter Urban Roads Project I (IUR-I), comprising; EIB-R-01: Kirikkale - Delice Int. Road (Section I), approximately 21,66 km. Type of Work: Upgrading of the existing road to 2 x 2 dual carriageway. EIB-R-02: Kirikkale - Delice Int. Road (Section II), approximately 13,84 km.
